FBA reimbursement categories we cover

Lost Inbound

This category covers inventory lost during the inbound shipping process, i.e., while the goods are in transit from the seller to Amazon's warehouse. It covers situations where shipments arrive at the warehouse with missing units.

Lost Warehouse

This refers to inventory lost within Amazon's fulfillment centers (warehouses).

Damaged Warehouse

This category specifically addresses inventory that gets damaged while being stored or handled within Amazon's warehouses.

Fee Correction

This broadly covers any discrepancies or errors in the fees charged by Amazon. It could include instances of overcharges, incorrect fees, or fees charged for services not rendered (Unused shipping labels, incorrect inbound placement fees etc).

Lost Outbound

This refers to situations where shipments are lost or go missing after leaving Amazon's fulfillment center, typically during the last-mile delivery to the customer. This includes removal orders and customer returns that were never delivered.

Customer Return

This category encompasses all aspects related to customer returns, including processing returned items, issuing refunds, and handling any discrepancies or disputes.

Damaged Inbound

This is similar to Lost Inbound but specifically focuses on inventory that arrives at Amazon's warehouse in a damaged condition.

Damaged Outbound

This category covers instances where shipments are damaged during the outbound shipping process or arrive at the customer's location in a damaged state.

Warehouse Transfers

This category covers instances where inventory disappears during transfers between Amazon warehouses.
