Welcome to DimeTydSellers!
We're excited to help you take control of your reimbursements, so that you can focus on growing your Amazon business.
Amazon is making mistakes with your shipments, inventory, and orders. And they owe you money for it.
And we're here to help you maximize how much money you can get back. While Amazon does seem to own up to some of their mistakes and issue you regular reimbursements, it isn't safe to assume that Amazon is taking ownership of all of their mistakes. We've found that most of our clients are able to recover 1.0 - 1.5% of their gross annual FBA revenues with our services, by auditing your data to find discrepancies like:
- Amazon didn't receive your FBA inbound shipment fully (or correctly)
- Amazon lost your inventory at the warehouse
- Amazon damaged your inventory at the warehouse
- Amazon destroyed your inventory without your permission
- Amazon issued a refund, but the customer never returned the item
- ...and much more!
Most sellers are losing 1-1.5% of annual FBA revenues to reimbursements left unclaimed with Amazon.
Our Services
We currently offer two core services for Amazon FBA sellers:
Reimbursement Recovery
Once you're set up with DimeTydSellers, our proprietary software will analyze your Amazon data every day to find discrepancies in your fulfillment data where Amazon may owe you money. You'll be assigned a personal Case Manager, who will review your data everyday to vet our claims. Once vetted, your Case Manager will submit & manage support cases with Seller Support so that you can get back to focusing on growing your Amazon business.
Every week, we'll send you a report of what we've recovered (and Amazon has already paid out directly to you), and send you a bill for a cut of what we've recovered. We don't get paid until you get paid first -- a win-win scenario!

Fee Protector (add-on to Reimbursement Recovery)
Note: The Fee Protector is an add-on to Reimbursement Recovery, and charges a flat monthly subscription fee.
To start, we'll ask you to confirm the true dimensions and weights for all of your products. We'll provide an easy bulk upload tool to help make this efficient!
Once you've activated the Fee Protector and confirmed your true dimensions, our system will monitor all of your SKUs to catch any changes in dimensions and weights that result in incorrect FBA fees. Once we catch an incorrect fee, your Case Manager will immediately contact Seller Support to request a remeasurement of your SKU, so that we can get this corrected and avoid any overcharges. Of course, once the dimensions are fixed, we'll make sure to follow up to make sure Amazon reimburses you for past overcharged FBA fees!
